  • Where is the store based?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All orders are shipped within 7 days of the date the order was placed.
    DOMESTIC ORDERS (US):
    ↳Once shipped, domestic orders can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive based on the efficiency of your local postal service.
    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    ↳Once shipped, international orders can take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks to arrive.
    Please wait the expected arrival time before contacting customer service.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Of course!
    Please note that any additional import fees, taxes, or duties are the customer's responsibility. Due to the ongoing pandemic, shipping times may be delayed.

  • Return and exchange policy for International Orders (outside the US)

    Ceylan currently only accepts returns from international orders under the circumstance that the customer covers any expenses for shipping the items back. If you have placed an order internationally and would like to return items:
    ↳Email [email protected] with Subject: INTERNATIONAL RETURN within 7 days of receiving your purchase
    ↳In your email include the order number and the issue with your order
    ↳After confirmation of the item successfully being returned, the customer will receive a refund for the items bought

    If you have placed an order internationally and are unsatisfied with your purchase:
    ↳Email [email protected] with Subject: INTERNATIONAL ORDER ISSUE within 7 days of receiving your purchase
    ↳In your email include the order number and the issue with your order
    ↳After confirmation of the issue with the items, the customer may be refunded of the item or receive a replacement item free of charge

  • My email regarding my order has not been answered yet!

    If your email has not been answered after 7 days it was sent, feel free to Direct Message me @ceyranu on Instagram about your order and email. Please include your email in the message.

  • When are items restocked?

    STICKERS:
    ↳Stickers are restocked when several sticker stocks are low. Most designs are not restocked unless stated otherwise.

    APPAREL:
    ↳Apparel is not usually restocked beyond its first run. If you would like to see an old design that is now out of stock return, please Direct Message @ceyranu! Your interest will be noted. :)

  • Can you make a sticker for [XXX]?

    While CEYLAN is focused on making original designs, they do sometimes enjoy making fanart.
    If you would like to request a design from a franchise, please Direct Message me @ceyranu on Instagram. It will be taken under consideration!

    My Instagram will also announce any future designs, pre-orders, restocks, and updates to the store, so please reference updates from there before contacting me.

  • I received additional items in my package that I didn't order! Do you want them back?

    If the additional item is a sticker you didn't order or a note that you think was not intentionally sent for you:
    ↳Keep it! Don't sweat.
    ↳CEYLAN probably made a mistake during packaging. It was their mistake!
    ↳But you can keep the free stuff. (*~▽~)

    If the additional item is not anything mentioned above:
    ↳Throw it away!
    ↳Unless you want to keep it for whatever reason. You can do whatever you want with it.
    ↳Just know that it (probably) wasn't me who sent it. (*☉౪ ⊙。)

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
